Absolutely! The initial non-refundable retainer is due with the signing of the contract with the remaining balance is due 14 days PRIOR to your event date. You may set up monthly payments, pay quarterly or the amount in full. All payments must be received
PRIOR to event.
We will schedule a quick call and talk about how you envision your perfect day. On this call, I will ask some basic questions and it gives us both the opportunity to see if we are a good fit. If everything "clicks" and you would like to book photography services, I will send out a formal contract via email. The contract is signed electronically and once the retainer is received, you are officially booked!
The Timeline contains every important moment and task involved in the Wedding Day. It is a detailed, minute by minute, accounting of who does what, where and when. This document is most often built by your photographer and once approved, goes to each vendor you will have at your wedding. Photographer's request they complete this document as they are the most familiar with how long each task will realistically take to complete. Everyone hates being rushed, and there is nothing worse than a timeline completed by a venue coordinator blissfully unaware of how long it truthfully takes to set up the images the couple is requesting, not to mention lighting and time of day.
Would you buy a car without giving it a test drive? Well, maybe in today's society you would, but with wedding photography--you need to know who you are working with and make sure it is a good fit. The Engagement session does just that. It's your test drive. The opportunity to work together before hand so you see if your personalities mesh, and build that know, like and trust factor. It is also the chance for your and your partner to learn some common core posing and get to feel comfortable in front of the camera..
After your session or event, you will receive a Sneak Peek of a few selected images posted on the Suzanne Lytle Photography Facebook page. You may share these images! Your private, on-line gallery will be emailed to you through private link within six (6) weeks. All of the images are copyrighted and may not be altered. I do not release my RAW unedited images.
All images are for personal use only.
A second shooter is a contracted photographer that works alongside your lead photographer. This person allows different coverage to take place simultaneously and the photographer to obtain different angles on images. A second shooter may be shooting the groom getting ready while the lead photographer is with the bride. This additional coverage is necessary when multiple locations are utilized. The second shooter will remain for ceremony coverage into the beginning of the reception. The option for a second shooter is included in my middle and premium packages.
