I am Sue, creative behind the camera. Mom of 3, fur baby rescuer, music lover and complete extrovert.  

I will be the first to say, finding a photographer who makes you feel comfortable and makes you look ah-mazing should be easy. Honestly, it feels like most people just look at the gorgeous images on-line and make their decisions based off hours of scrolling through websites or social media.

While I agree, making sure the style, both in editing and imagery itself is important.  I feel the biggest part of selecting a photographer should be if you "click". Pun intended.

A connection must be there.  Someone who can laugh with you and evoke real emotion.    But also someone who has your back and will step in to make sure your day is everything you dreamed of.  Need me to run interference from Crazy Aunt Kay? I got you.  Uncle Bob starting a shit storm talking politics? No problem.  I will usher him along.  Being your photographer is more than just taking great images.  It's being your hype girl, your cheerleader, your crowd control, zipper fixer, stray hair mender and all around go to.

If you are looking for someone who just stands back and lets the day unfold from a distance, I am so not your person.  If you are looking for someone who will be out on the dance floor, camera in hand, doing the Cupid Shuffle.....

Dreamer & Magic Maker

Hi there!

 One thing I promise  is we are going to have fun!

I am a hugger.  A goof.  Crack silly jokes-whatever it takes to get you laughing.  And will be-bopping along with your crew on the dance floor.  Music to me is life, and I vacillate between classic 80s rock, country to 90s R & B.
Although, I do find other genres fun too!

I love the outdoors and my happy place is the mountains in Colorado closely followed by the 
pristine white, sandy beaches of Florida's Gulf Coast.  My favorite animal is the Wolf for their beauty, loyalty and protective nature they have for their pack.  

I am a true creative and enjoy expressing myself in many forms, from painting, quilting, writing. to of course, photography.  I love being able to visualize something and then create it!

I took photography classes in college for fun, and have continued to grow and learn in my craft through workshops and seminars over the years.  While the industry is always changing and fads come and go, I stay true to my style of clean & classic imagery.  I want you to love your photos 10 years from now as much as you do today, and not cringe over dated out of style images you rush to take down from your walls.  My greatest wish is to leave your family a lasting legacy through my art.  One you will cherish for years.
